Amine Bakhti, Managing Partner
Amine has advised on 40+ successful M&A transactions across the EMEA region, for a total value of more than $50 billion.
Amine Bakhti is a former Vice President at Rothschild & Co in Paris.
During his time at Rothschild & Co, Amine mainly focused on large and complex M&A and financing transactions in Europe, being involved on some of the most high-profile deals in the region.
He worked on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), privatizations, IPOs, capital raisings, debt (re)financings and restructurings. His clients included large international corporations, mid-sized companies, private equity sponsors, family offices and founders.
Amine also co-led successful efforts in developing the Rothschild & Co franchise in Morocco and more broadly across Africa and the Middle East, contributing to origination, client coverage and mandates execution.
Prior to this, Amine began his career at Goldman Sachs before joining Lazard in Paris. He also served as a Technical Advisor to the Moroccan Head of Government, within the Economic and Financial Affairs unit.
Amine speaks English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
